I love Being A Wife & Mommy

To me there is nothing in the world like being a Wife and Mother. Is it crazy and a hectic at time? Yes but it would be boring if there was nothing to it. I love having a husband to share this journey with and I love having children to watch and help as they grow.

As you may have read in previous post not only am I a Wife and Mother I am a collage student, but hey that to me make it all the more interesting because remember, I don't like boring. lol

As a wife and Mother I'm on call 24/7. As the saying goes " A man's work is from sun to sun, but a woman's work is never done" This is so true. There is house work to be done, laundry, tending to the kids, making time for hubby, doing home work, and so much much. I won't complain though because its everything I want and more.

As you have seen in other posts I Just started my Mary Kay business and I love it. I love being able to help other women feel empowered, beautiful and helping them better themselves and be able to help their families.

If you know me at all you know that I am a passionate person and I love to help others whenever I can  and it just warms my heart to be able to do whatever I can for others.

I am a very nurturing person, but then again that goes back to the Mothering state.

Growing up all I ever really wanted to be was a Wife and Mother. I flip flopped back and forth on a career path but my mind was set on the fact that I someday wanted to be a Wife and Mother. This dream began to come true when I was married in 2006 to the love of my life and the second part followed shortly after in that same here when my first child was born.

I tell ya again there is just nothing like the feeling you get from being a Wife and Mother. It truly is really something special. I never in a million years thought I could love some one as much as I do my Husband and Children. I know its a totally different type of love than that you have for the rest of your family but to me it was just truly amazing and I am so blessed to have such a wonderful Husband and Children.

Everything I do I do for them and I wouldn't trade what I have with them for anything in the world. I love them so very very much!

Much Love,

Bad Attitude Or Attitude Of Gratitude?

I have learned through out my life that you can have attitude or you can have gratitude, and the choice it ultimately up to you. I choose to have gratitude because attitude just doesn't get you you anywhere in life in my opinion.

There are bad attitudes and attitudes of gratitude and there is definitely a big difference.

It can be so easy to be mad about something or hurt (tender hearted) very easily and it turn into a big ordeal that cause a lot of problems in your life. You have to learn what to let go of and what to old on too. You have to release the things in your life that you have no control over and focus on the things that you do have control over.

Once you determine what these things are review them over and over again and really feel them with all of your being and be excited about them.

For me I have so much to be grateful for and I am very grateful indeed. I have pretty good health and have come so far in life considering I wasn't suppose to live and the good Lord saw fit to bring me through that trail. I have a wonderful husband, wonderful children and a wonderful family all the way around. I am also grateful for the many wonderful relationships that have opened up throughout my life. I'm grateful that my husband is so hard working and does whatever he has to do to provide for our family. These are just a few of the many, many, many things I am grateful for in my life.

Have there been times I've let my attitude get the best of me? Yes, but again it doesn't get you anywhere and it doesn't help anything. I have learn with those experiences that its so important to think before you speak and to know that once you say something you can only apologize but you can never take it back, and in some chances you never get that chance to say I'm sorry.

So many people in this world are less fortunate and so for me being grateful for the things I do have is so important because I know that it could be worse.

Gratitude is a beautiful thing and is much more worth your time and energy than a bad attitude.

So as you go through your day and look at things from perhaps a new perspective, will you choose to have a bad attitude or an attitude of gratitude?

Blessings,
